a.  Sponsors:  These programs are sponsored for GETN military and federal audiences by the Department of Justice Television Network. 

b.  Availability:   These FREE, public domain, previously videotaped programs will be available as scheduled ONLY on the Military/Federal CDV GETN Convergent digital satellite networks.  There is NO live or later archived webcast version.  GETN/Convergent digital satellite downlinks are found at over 1200 military installations and federal office locations.  Other federal and private satellite networks may also carry this program.  In addition, the program may be available to a limited number of non-satellite capable military and federal sites via VTC terrestrial relay.  Local site use coordination of satellite downlinks will be required.  There is NO C/KU-Analog Satellite coverage for any of these programs. 

Will these programs be web streamed?  No. 

c.  Target Audience Statement:  The target audience for these programs varies depending upon the contents any manager or security officer who must learn and use the e-QIP Electronic Questionnaires For Investigative Processing system.

Program One –  1200-1300 ET:  “e-QIP Training;  Overview”

Program Two –   1300-1400 ET:  “e-QIP Training;  Secure Portal & Initiators”

Program Three –   1400-1500 ET:  “e-QIP Training;  Approvers”

Program Four –   1500-1600 ET:  “e-QIP Training;  Applicants”

Program Five –   1600-1700 ET:  “e-QIP Training;  Administrators”

e.  CEUs, CMEs, Certificates:  None Available 

f.  Videotape Availability:  None Available 

g.  Videotape release (if taping from broadcast):  These FREE programs are unclassified and non-scrambled.  There are no copyright restrictions on this program, however it MAY NOT be videotaped and re-broadcast where fees are attached to its showing.  It may not be edited, segmented, or used for commercial purposes or for profit purposes by other networks without additional or prior permission of the sponsors. 

h.  Satellite Coordinates and Site Support Materials Packet:  These programs are NOT available via C-Band on this date.  There are also no available handouts. 

i.  Registration:  All non-DOJ military and federal sites MUST register for these FREE, public domain programs to receive illumination authentication (GETN/Warrior dishes).

Special Registration Note for 28 September  DOJ Programs.  Sites registering for ANY DOJ program will be illuminated for all programs for the entire programming day.
